ENGINE
All internally Lubricated Parts including pistons, piston rings and pins, crank shaft and main bearings, cam shaft and/or bearings, cam chain, gears and/or timing belt, rocker arms, shaft and bushings, connecting rods and bearings, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs guides and seats, valve push rods, hydraulic and solid lifters and followers, intake and exhaust manifold, oil pump, pick-up screen, eccentric shaft and main shaft, main shaft bearings and all other internally Lubricated Parts of the engine, cylinder heads, engine block and cylinder barrels.
SEALS AND GASKETS
Cylinder head gaskets and intake manifold gaskets are covered components. All other seals and gaskets are covered only as a result of mechanical failure to a covered component.
AUTOMATIC OR STANDARD TRANSMISSION/TRANSFER CASE UNIT
All internally Lubricated Parts contained within the transmission case, transfer case and/or torque converter case, including; lock-up converter, gears and shafts, bearings, bushings, bands, clutch plates, friction and steel drums, pump, servo unit, valve body and plate, governor, main shaft, shift forks, synchronizer drums and overdrive housing.
DRIVE AXLE(S)
All internally Lubricated Parts within the drive axle housing including, drive axle housing, ring and pinion gears, spider gears, side gears, bearings, bushings, spacers, yokes, driveshafts, carrier bearings and universal joints.
FRONT SUSPENSION
Upper and lower control arm, shafts, upper and lower ball joints, spindles, wheel bearings, leaf and coil springs.
STEERING
Steering gear box, power steering pump, piston and rack.
AIR CONDITIONING – Factory or Dealer Installed
Accumulator, condenser, compressor, clutch, clutch bearing, evaporator and receiver/dryer.
BRAKES – Non-ABS only
Master cylinder, power brake cylinder, vacuum assist booster and valve, wheel cylinders, hydraulic lines, hoses and fittings.
BRAKES – ABS
Electronic control processor, pressure modulator valve, isolation dump valve, accumulator, wheel speed sensors, hydraulic pump and motor assembly.
FUEL SYSTEM
Injectors, metering valve, fuel pumps, lines and fittings, fuel gauge sending unit and fuel tank.
ELECTRICAL
Alternator, voltage regulator, electric horn, windshield wiper motor(s), starter motor, starter solenoid, rear defroster switch and starter drive assembly.
COOLING
Radiator, water pump, electric fan motor, fan clutch and coolant recovery container.
HI-TECH – ELECTRICAL
Powerantennamotor,powerdoorlockactuatorsandswitches,powermirrormotorsand switches, power seat motors and switches, power sunroof motor, power convertible top motor, power window motors, regulators and switches and electronic ignition module.
TURBOCHARGER – OEM Equipment only
All internally Lubricated Parts, housing, wastegate, vanes, shafts and bearings.
FLUIDS
Any fluids required as a result of failure to a Covered Part.
ENHANCED ENGINE
Engine mounts, timing belt tensioner, timing and valve covers.
ENHANCED TRANSMISSION
Transmission mounts, flywheel and flex plate.
INTERIOR/EXTERIOR
Hood latch and cable, door locks, handles, hinges, trunk lock and hinges, seat adjuster springs, washer fluid container and glove box lock.
ENHANCED COOLING
Heater core.
ENHANCED ELECTRICAL
Power trunk release, neutral safety switch, stop lamp brake switch and washer fluid pump.
DRIVE AXLE – Premium Coverage Only Constant velocity joints (CV), universal joints.
